At Earth Safe Design, we are incredibly proud to have worked on an exciting and challenging project for one of our valued clients. Our team was tasked with designing and constructing a stunning three-story narrow rear extension to this Argyle Street property. Transforming their existing house into a spacious and practical home that met their growing needs. Whilst elevating their everyday living experience to a new level of luxury.

With careful consideration and planning, we embarked on a two-stage project to achieve our client’s dream home. The first stage involved adding a beautiful basement conservatory, which created a stunning new living space for our client and added significant value to their property.

The second stage was equally impressive. Involving a remarkable three-storey narrow extension that featured bathrooms on each level for maximum convenience. Our expert designers and builders removed the front bathroom to optimise the space and create a more spacious bedroom. This allowed for additional features in the extension. Including converting the attic into a magnificent en-suite bedroom that improved stair access and allowed for seamless movement throughout the house.

Despite facing unexpected challenges such as intermittent lockdowns and Brexit implications, our dedicated team approached the project with professionalism and dedication. We are incredibly proud to have delivered our clients a smooth and stress-free construction process. This resulted in a stunning new living space that exceeded their expectations.
