Mountain Guesthouse

Project Journey

Earth Safe Design was tasked with an exciting and thrilling challenge put forth by the clients. The objective was to craft a stunning Mountain Guesthouse in the picturesque mountain countryside. The clients were ready to leave their corporate lives behind and start a new venture. The goal was to develop a small yet cosy guest house on a hill with enough space to accommodate a limited number of visitors. They also hoped to create a ground-floor restaurant catering to larger groups of hungry travellers.

Our team ensured the owners’ privacy by incorporating a separate private home at the back of the first floor, complete with its rear access. The space would be a refuge for the owners while allowing them to monitor the guest house and restaurant operations. Moreover, we strategically designed a rear kitchen to cater to the restaurant’s needs during opening hours. Whilst also providing a convenient cooking area for the owners’ personal use.

However, as fate would have it, the clients changed their hearts and decided to venture into a different business altogether. They ultimately chose to build a ceramic studio in the very same location. Which was a deviation from their original dream of owning a guest house.

Our team was delighted to work with the clients to bring their new vision to life.
